We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Job Duties
In this role, you will:

Follow instructions from the Crew Supervisor
Work in a maintenance crew of 2-4 employees
Load and unload trucks and trailers with necessary tools and equipment each morning and evening
Spread topsoil, lay sod, mulch, plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and trees, and assist with garden installations and maintenance
Rake, fertilize, water lawns, weed gardens, and prune shrubs and trees as directed by the supervisor
Operate and maintain power equipment, including line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, power edgers, and pruning saws
Perform manual tasks to maintain landscaped environments
Assist with construction projects, shop and yard maintenance, and vehicle and equipment upkeep
Complete and submit daily paperwork, such as time sheets
Inspect all work to ensure high quality and minimize the need for return visits

Expectations
To excel in this role, you will:

Maintain cleanliness and organization in trucks, trailers, equipment, job sites, and shop/yard areas
Carry out tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to government and company PPE standards
Comply with all company policies and local health and safety regulations
Follow uniform policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

Job Requirements
What we’re looking for:

No prior landscape maintenance experience required. Training will be provided
Ability to safely operate equipment and tools
Capability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Familiarity with materials, methods, tools, and equipment used in landscape maintenance
Physical ability to walk, stand, and crouch for extended periods

Conditions

Work in a fast-paced environment
Lift at least 50lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
Maintain excellent stamina
Work near heavy equipment regularly
Perform tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions, including sun, heat, humidity, and rain

Rate of Pay

$20–$22 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Annual pay raises based on performance
End-of-year bonus based on performance
Health benefits available after three months of employment
